Message	in there. They know the ends and outs, they know who to talk to. They will charge you like $150 (in MO anyway) but they can usually get you out of the points, but it costs you more money. If you don't want the points OR the cost - I think you are kinda screwed. Believe me...at your age, the extra money upfront will save you tons on your insurance rates.
